Online Payments

Child Support, Claim/Recovery, and Records Request fees can be made by credit/debit card or e-check.

Prior to making your online payment, you will need your case-ID and Claim Number, unless you are making a payment for Records Request Fees or Child Support.

E-check payments from checking or savings accounts are accepted with the following stipulations:

  • A $1.50 fixed convenience fee will be charged for payments made by ACH (e-check).
  • When paying by e-check, payment is not considered complete until it is charged against your bank account.
  • Most returned e-check payments are due to an invalid bank account number. Please make sure the bank account number you provide is accurate and that you include all digits between the symbols.

Credit/Debit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express are accepted with the following stipulations:

  • A 2.50% convenience fee will be charged.
  • Minimum convenience fees are outlined below:
    • For transactions between $0.01 and $10.00, a $0.50 minimum fee will be charged.
    • For transactions between $10.01 and $25.00, a $1.00 minimum fee will be charged.
    • For transactions greater than $25.00, a $2.00 minimum fee will be charged.

You will have the opportunity to review the total amount due with the convenience fee, if applicable, prior to payment submission.

Returned or rejected ACH (e-check) or credit card payments will result in a minimum returned payment fee of $35.00.

Note: Convenience fees listed above are not applicable to Claim and Recovery transactions.
