Imagine getting a backstage pass to Douglas County’s biggest event of the year, while serving your community in a fun and meaningful way as a volunteer at the 2026 Douglas County Fair & Rodeo.

This year, the Douglas County Fair & Rodeo will be held July 24-Aug. 2 in Castle Rock. But it doesn’t happen without energetic, friendly fair-lovers, ages 16 and up, needed to help everything run smoothly.

When you volunteer, you also receive four grounds admission passes for the Fair, and — if you are a student, you also receive community service hours toward graduation requirements.

The Fair & Rodeo welcomes individual volunteers and works with businesses, clubs and organizations to help meet your service goals.
