  • The lender has decided to not fund the Country Club Drive LID project; there is currently no funding for the project.
  • Douglas County will send out a new request for proposals to lenders this summer.
  • Once financing is secured, the construction of the project will be advertised for bidding.  The project schedule will be updated once financing is secured.
  • The ballot initiative to approve debt related to the Country Club Drive (Group 10) Local Improvement District (LID) was approved by the voters in the LID on November 4, 2025, with a debt cap of $680,000.

Description

The Country Club LID (Group 10 LID) consists of 4 lots in Perry Park. See the PPWSD Potential LIDs For Currently Unbuildable Parcels map and search for Group 10 for the specific location. This LID was created in September of 2025. Proposed improvements include roadways, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, and gas and electric mains.
