By order of Sheriff Darren Weekly, Stage 2 Fire Restrictions are in place for unincorporated areas of Douglas County. Ordinance No. O-012-004 restricts open burning, the use of fireworks, portable fireplaces/fire pits and campfires in the unincorporated areas of Douglas County.
Renewals, plate replacements, initial registrations, and duplicate titles for BUSINESSES and DEALERS can be completed via the email addresses listed below. Limited next-day appointments are also available and can be scheduled by phone or email.

Transactions are completed primarily using the drop box located in the lobby of the Business & Dealer Services Office. The drop box is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please follow these steps to complete a drop box transaction:
For your convenience, courier service for Business and Dealer Services transactions is available from our Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock Motor Vehicle office locations. The turnaround time is approximately 7-10 days for pick up at the same location where the paperwork is dropped off.
