By order of Sheriff Darren Weekly, Stage 2 Fire Restrictions are in place for unincorporated areas of Douglas County. Ordinance No. O-012-004 restricts open burning, the use of fireworks, portable fireplaces/fire pits and campfires in the unincorporated areas of Douglas County.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 24, Castle Rock-based Human Services employees will be located at 11045 E. Lansing Circle in Englewood. Services at the Highlands Ranch Senior Center will not be impacted.

If you are looking for Douglas County Human Services, please be aware that beginning Monday, Aug. 24, all services and employees previously located in Castle Rock will be located on the first floor at 11045 E. Lansing Circle, in Englewood (Meridian), Colorado.
The Human Services office location at the Highlands Ranch Senior Center will not be impacted by this move.
There will be no disruption to services of any kind, including SNAP, Medicaid, Child Care Assistance, Child Support Services, Child Welfare, and Adult Protective Services.
