Event Description:
The July 4th ROCK-IT RUN is a patriotic community race event featuring a Half Marathon, 5K, relay option, and FREE 1K kids run at the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Castle Rock. Hosted by RUN to Change Lives, the event supports organizations helping veterans and first responders overcome PTSD and mental health challenges. Participants and spectators can enjoy live entertainment, a post-race concert, patriotic festivities, awards, food vendors, and a fun family-friendly atmosphere to kick off Independence Day.

Admission:
5K Registration: Approximately $38–$48
Half Marathon Registration: Approximately $40–$60
FREE 1K Kids Run for children 8 and under
Discounts available for seniors, veterans, first responders, and youth participants.
